Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, a $60 non‑refundable fee will be charged. This same fee applies to all “no shows,” defined as arriving/logging in more than five (5) minutes late. Career C.O.R.E. Services expects punctuality as part of demonstrating job readiness, just as employers expect employees to arrive on time if you want to keep the job long-term. In both cases — late cancellations or no shows — the official appointment and current time is determined solely by Career C.O.R.E. Services. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This policy is necessary to ensure limited appointment slots remain available for other clients and allows staff to make productive use of their time.
