Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple, clear and binding: Payment for all online career development and counseling services is due in full prior to the commencement of services. Once requested services have been rendered and/or the scheduled appointment time duration has ended, no refunds will be issued.

This is the same policy and understanding whether professional services are rendered online or for any pre-arranged in-person appointment for related Career C.O.R.E. Services. 

 

Note: For any verifiable medical emergency, consideration of a potential payment adjustment or a partial or full refund may be considered and determined appropriate. After review of the circumstances and facts, this determination is solely at the discretion of the owner of Career C.O.R.E. Services. Any such decision is final; there is no appeals process.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance; cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur an automatic and non-refundable one-time (for each separate occurrence), $30 administrative cancellation fee. By using our services, you agree to and understand and accept to these terms, which are designed to ensure fairness, professionalism, and compliance with applicable California laws.
